Zagreb Design Week 2026

Zagreb Design Week is Croatia’s only design festival, held in Zagreb each September since it launched in 2014, with its 2026 edition marking the 13th year of a citywide programme spread across dozens of locations.

The festival covers a broad range of disciplines, from furniture and fashion to graphic, digital, food and automotive design, through exhibitions, lectures, panel discussions, workshops, fashion shows and film screenings. Each edition rotates its theme and features a partner country, and recent editions have drawn more than 300 participants and over 25,000 visitors. Its ZGDW Award is a highlight, culminating in finalist exhibitions and a formal ceremony, and the festival positions itself as a showcase of Zagreb’s creative industries and design’s role in contemporary society.
