Design Art Tokyo 2026

Design Art Tokyo is a Tokyo-wide design and art festival held annually since 2017, spreading exhibitions and installations across the city’s Omotesando, Gaienmae, Harajuku, Shibuya, Roppongi, Ginza and Tokyo Station districts.

The festival, known as DESIGNART TOKYO, brings interior and product design together with art, fashion, technology and food, staging shows in galleries, showrooms, retail spaces and pop-up venues throughout its host districts. It gives international and Japanese designers, brands and artists a shared platform across one of the world’s most design-dense cities, with past editions organized around annual themes. DESIGNART TOKYO has become one of the city’s key autumn design events, drawing visitors into spaces not usually open for exhibitions and linking Tokyo’s creative districts into a single citywide route.
