Design Busan 2026

DESIGN BUSAN 2026 is an international, citywide design platform that connects people, the ocean, and the environment through exhibitions, interactive experiences, and creative initiatives across Busan, South Korea. Rather than being confined to a single exhibition venue, the event activates diverse urban spaces, including coastal areas, industrial heritage sites, and public spaces, offering visitors new ways to experience design and its role in shaping the city.

Taking place from 5 to 15 November 2026, the event features a diverse programme of design exhibitions, a professional design fair, forums, a design hackathon, and a design market. With a focus on sustainability, urban regeneration, marine environments, and industry innovation, DESIGN BUSAN aims to foster collaboration between designers, businesses, creative professionals, and the public while advancing Busan’s vision as the World Design Capital 2028
