High Point Market Fall 2027
High Point Market is a major home furnishings and interior design trade market held twice each year, in April and October, in High Point, North Carolina, running continuously since 1909 when it began as the Southern Furniture Market. It now fills roughly 180 buildings and more than 11 million square feet of showroom space across the city, drawing about 2,000 exhibitors and 70,000 to 80,000 attendees per edition.
The Fall edition showcases new furniture, lighting, textiles and home decor collections from manufacturers worldwide, alongside designer-led showroom presentations, seminars and networking events for retailers, interior designers and press. Market Square and the surrounding downtown showroom district anchor the event, which functions as a twice-yearly launchpad for product introductions across the residential and hospitality furnishings industry, making High Point a temporary hub for the global furniture trade.
