Baroque & Neo-Baroque Design Festival is a design and contemporary-art festival held each year in the Baroque old town of Ragusa Ibla, Sicily, a UNESCO World Heritage site, running since around 2021 and reaching its sixth edition in 2026, with peak days each June followed by extended exhibition openings into the autumn.

Staged inside historic palaces such as Palazzo della Cancelleria, Palazzo Cosentini and Palazzo La Rocca, the festival brings design, architecture, art, fashion and photography into dialogue with Baroque and Neo-Baroque heritage, with talks and performances at venues including the San Vincenzo Ferreri auditorium. The 2026 edition, themed around post-earthquake reconstruction and the use of materials in historic centers under artistic director Roberto Semprini, features work from design companies, emerging artists and students from academies including Brera, Catania and Timișoara.
