Milan Design Week 2026

Bangkok Design Week is an annual design and creativity festival organized by Thailand’s Creative Economy Agency together with the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, with 2026 marking its ninth consecutive year. Running from January 29 to February 8, it activates four core creative districts, Charoenkrung-Talat Noi, Phra Nakhon, Pak Khlong Talat and Bang Lamphu-Khao San, alongside additional venues across the city.
The 2026 edition is built around the theme “DESIGN S/O/S,” framed through three pillars, Secure Domestic, Outreach Opportunities and Sustainable Future, positioning design as a practical tool for navigating global crises rather than a purely aesthetic pursuit. The programme features more than 350 creative activities, including exhibitions, workshops, talks, design markets and international collaborations with creators from over 16 countries, reaching audiences from design professionals and students to the general public through accessible community-facing events.
